Hi, wondered if anyone out there can give me a quick steer on this problem?
Symptoms :-
RH rear window not moving from either switch. LH rear window not moving from rear switch, but OK from front switch.
Diagnosis/testing
I swapped the RH regulator to the other side and found it works OK, so problem doesn't appear to be with the regulators.
If I stick a meter on the regulator connectors and press the rear switches on both doors I get a wildly oscillating voltage, If I do the same with the front switches I get + and - 12v. Oddly the 12v on the LH activates both regulators, but the 12v on the RH doesn't. Its like the 12v on the RH side isn't as good as the 12v on the LH side.
I've had a quick look at the wiring diagrams, and I'm guessing its an earth problem somewhere, but I have limited knowledge and I guess it could be a switch, relay or even ECU issue.
Any advice greatly accepted....
