Winch / wading blanket - just bought one

I 've just bought a winch slash wading blanket as shown here...

This guy was popping them out for £30 to £40 plus postage... I got it from here;

£18.50 inc postage was £22. Contacted Tony on the listing with his mobile. Really helpful chap. If you contact him he is willing to do for same price. Just pay via paypal on a buy it now. Tony made them for 'Rugged Guide.' Just if you are interested.

If he was willing to sell them for that price, why not just put a BIN on ebay?

There is no way in hell I'm paying £20 for postage - which is what was on that original listing!

He's new to ebay and can't do buy it now right off the bat. Just give him a call on 01553849777 or 07748702569 and ask for tony. That's all i did and he was happy to accept £22 inc delivery.

Bollocks. It would have helped if I had sent my messages to the correct number! My excuse is that I had some grit in my eye from messing around under the landy!

I got in touch with him and also found him very helpful, my blanket is on route tomorrow, so I'll report back when I get it. I know I could have used an old car mat etc but I like the idea of the velcro fastenings and the way it tidies out of the way when not in use.

I did not realize you could not do BIN on ebay when starting out. When I use ebay, 99% of the time I go for BINs, can't be arsed with auctions.
