Winch bumpers in germany

Hi folks.

My 2000 DS2 is about to catch up with me after a long trek, and it will be re-registered here in Germany. The only problem is, it has a winch bumper, complete with bull bars. Does anybody know what the law is for winch bumpers/bull bars in Germany? I'm not German and my German isn't good enough to be able to read the TuV regulations.
