Hi all,
I have finally decided it's time to part with my Defender 90,Its a 1994 van.I have owned it for the last 16 years & in that time it has had just about everything done.
I'll try to list the main stuff,but am sure I'll miss things.
ENGINE.
1994,300tdi,fully rebuilt in 2012 with all new bearings piston rings,(even though the old ones were not badly worn)head gasket,cam belt tensioner & idler.
Pump has been tweeked.Side exit exhaust.Silicone hoses.
New H/D clutch,
Reconditioned Transfer box.
SUSPENSION.
Gwyn Llewis +6" OME challenge with dislocation hooks.
Pollybushed throughout.
Rear H/D cranked trailing arms.
CHASSIS.
Had a new rear crossmember fitted in 2010,the rest of the chassis is rust free.
AXELS.
Ashcroft air locking diffs fitted front & rear,with ARB compressor & tyre infaaltion system.H/D drive flanges.
5 Mach 5 wheels fitted with BFG MT 285/75/16
PROTECTION.
Safety devices full roll cage.P & P tubulair front winch bumper,with Goodwinch 9.5 uprated motor & Dyneema rope.Bush wires.
Mantec swing away spare wheel carrier.
Sumo bars,fuel tank guard,diff guards,X-eng disc hand brake,fully sealed snorkle,LED light bar,& lights,(not head lights)indicators,side & brake lights.Rear work lights.Front discs & calipers uprated to vented.(110)
New doors front & rear,painted in Raptor,NO corrosion at all.
INTERIOR.
Half leather XS heated seats,(not wired up)center cubby,rear ally drawer unit.Two Odyssey 1500pc patterys with T max split charger.
The car is French registered & currently in France.RHD,origionaly a UK car,so could easily be re registered in the UK.It has a current French Control Technique (MOT).
