Will this tow hitch fit on my Disco II?

Hi folks,
I have recently acquired a 1999 Disco II (4.0 V8), on the back, under the back bumper, was fitted a tow hook and electrics for a caravan.
I bought a spacer and a new hitch, with a drop pin. But I''m beginning to think that it''ll not fit...
What do you reckon? and what do you reckon my options are...
I wanted to change the original hitch to the drop pin to make attaching a tow rope a bit easier.

hi mate it will fit but if you want you can buy a sliding attachment plate like what the army use which will space it out by about 100mm.
