will not drive at d at start up

hi : i am new here ,,,can someone help please ;;

my p38will only drive at selector 1 at startup { PULLUP} and will not do on selector P after i have a oil change on the automatic transmission from a garage ;; on selector 2, 3 and p it wil do OK after the car run smooth on normal even on the highway it do a 140 kilometer ,,,, ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

IF IT WIL NOT DRIVE ON SELECTOR D . I ACCELATOR THE ENGINE UNTILL IT REACH 4000 RPM THE GEAR WILL ENGAGE AND I CAN PULL THE P38 MOVING ALL ALONG THE WHOLE DRIVE .. BUT ON THE DASHBOARD IT START TE FLASH GEARBOX IS FAULTY ,

Time to get it onto a diagnostic computer and see what faults are being displayed on the EAT (Electronic Automatic Transmission) module.

Until you get the codes read, you could be barking up the wrong tree.

You say a Garage did an oil and filter change - if it hasn't been driving correctly since then, I think you should go back to them and see what they can do about.

when you had the fluid changed did the garage put enough back in - this is a classic sympton of trans fluid not getting to all the clutch paper plates.

Check the fluid again and also make sure it's a clean cherry red colour and not burnt (also a sympton if not enough in the box).

Other than that, as already said, get it plugged in and any fault codes read

Your first post states that the problem started after you had the fluid changed at a garage.I think you are confusing us all.What actually happened?

yes i change the fluid and that begin ;;

Sorry // i mean that the garage change the fluid . He didn't fill enough i have to top it up .. And go to the dealer to change the fluid again //
