Hello chaps and chapetts,

Just wondering where you guys mainly shop.. I want to replace all my door seals and window seals and the sun roof drain tubes as well as some other bits, but I'm finding some of them hard to find or I find so many but with so many different prices.

I just want to pay a fair price and get good products, I do believe you pay for what you get but I don't believe anyone should get ripped off.

Thanks in advance
Tom

Island 4 x 4 for me, I avoid Rimmers, too expensive. P38 Spares are expensive too but occasionally I've found a bargain on their Ebay ads. Paddocks, Famous Four, Frog Island, not a great selection of stuff but sometimes worth a look. there are others.

Oh there are many others....

My post was to point out that in order to get stuff I usually shop around as to who has what, at what cost and how long to deliver....

Yes Rimmers are a tad Expensive, but if they have what I need in the time I need it, a few Quid extra can save me a few days of down time!

Money is more important than time for me, I can always use the Transit if I'm waiting for P38 parts.

Emmots of colne, adventure 4x4, island 4x4 or ebay
Advenure is best for me cos if they dont have it they can get it in 24hours and I can collect as I pass them from work
But for the bits you mentioned id look for someone braking within travelling distace of you ebay is a good place to find them

For the stuff you require rimmers will be the best , as I don't think the others stock or list the parts you require .

Hope you got deep pockets :)

Another +1 for Island 4x4... but I have used LR Direct, and eBay for various parts... I too generally make a list and then shop around.
