Wheel Offset

If anyone suggests a search :mil90::mil90::mil90:

I did a search for something else and this came up, when I searched this the answers were too technical

Does it matter if you buy new wheels which have a slightly different offset to the orginal ones.

In this case 36-48 when the originals were 40-50

And if it does why

Any answers in English please

As long as they're all the same it doesn't matter.
