Hi all,

I am looking to move house, however the new 1 has a height restriction onto the drive and heavy parking restrictions on the road. I probably need to get rid of 2 inche height to get it to fit! I have just bought new wheels and tyres so don't really want to change them, what other options do I have? Obviously loweing a defender is something I disagree with but again that would be just as expensive as get new tyres!

Any ideas or advice greatly appreciated! Oh and I forgot to mention it is a bedroom over the drive soo real option to lower the floor or raise the roof!

Yes, and once you have got past that there is no height restriction and a huge double garage

Lol, I was thinking of doing a rebuild so I guess I could just let air out of the tyres to get it in the garage and then justy forget to put the roof on again

My wife has fallen in love with the house unfortunately but I won't give up, I won't get rid of the landy but what about the wife? Lol

One Wife, Livid.

If she wont move for the sake of a landy... Leave her. I insisted we have a garage at our rented place which made it difficult and more expensive. my wish, my command :D

Pimp your Landy with that crazy hydraulic suspension that can be raised or lowered as required. The sort of nonsense you see on boy racer cars that can make their car jump to the music.
Personally I'd dig the drive way up and re-lay it a bit lower. Or to save money just dig it up and get your Landy muddy.
