hi everyone, i am a new member, and just looking for a bit of advice.......
not sure if this topic is in the right place so apologies in advance!!
basically i am keeping my eyes open for a decent used defender (i know a lot of people are!) ideally a 110 station wagon but i'm open to suggestions, and i am a complete land rover newbie!
to start with, i'm not sure if it should be a 200tdi or 300tdi, (reliability,parts availabilty, running costs etc)
and basically, i dont know what to look for when viewing used landys!
obviously there is loads to consider but any little tips would be great!! i do have a 4x4 pickup at the min (i dont dare tell you the make -
T*&*£A) had it for a year now so i have picked up bits of mechanical knowledge, but i know the landys are different beasts altogether!
so any help would be absolutely great!! thanks in advance, pat
