What landy is best off road ??

It is, although I have nothing to compare it with as I have never been outa Aus, intend to one day though.

There's no way I'm going to vote that the freelander is the best off roader,but if there was a poll for best light offroad family landrover,I might vote for it.
It makes alot of sense.The road tax for a 2.5l engine is nearly twice the tax on a 2l,here in Ireland.
Alot of defender owners must not really need one,why else would they pay to play in a quarry.I dont want to criticise the defender,because I want one.If its true that it only does 82mph,it would have to be for work only,lugging tools and trailer.
The best off/on road landrover I could hope to attain would have to be the disco4.

If there was a poll for the best Land Rover Freelander - I still wouldn't vote for the f*cker. Been stung there and won't go back etc etc etc.

Haven't done that much forumming at all recently MHM. Been doing a whole heap of laning, snapping and writing about it and also establishing a new business. Also doing the H4H European Rally in a couple of months and managed to blag a Disco 4 from LR in which to compete.

as brought up by gman. The roadless land has to be the best, check out the spare!!!
