he werent too amused
and got a bit confoosed when i started on about programable/unprogramable ECM's
biut cheered up when i sed he could get it to go betterer without chipping it

Tired and annoyed with myself. I just fitted the new element to my urn. Tested it out and it still doesn't work. Turns out the 4" lead that goes from the solenoid to the element has some kind of resistors/regulators in it and they are at fault. :doh::doh::doh:

unlikey to be resistors, mate - yu got pics or sumat - or can yu sort it?

Spent the day doing a blown head gasket prob going to spend another 3 weeks getting the air out of the water system :doh:

did a first clean on my gearbox cases and ordered bits to rebuild it

done nowt to mine cos i int gorrit back yit but got me snork and decat pipe to fit when i do and have a try at replacing some brake pipes.

topped up coolant and oil, run it a bit, fixed the hole in me exhuast-hopefully.Just the brakes to do for me MOT now.
