Not so virtual wounds and oily fingernails!

Changed oil and oil filter. Replaced centre cabin light unit with a scrap one for a tenner. Replaced the regulator for the NSR window. Found that there was no motor for the OSR window! Looking for a suitable motor online now as I've already bought the regulator. Does the ZT Rover motor or the Disco one fit instead, as there are loads of them on EBay! Hardly any for the Hippo though!

Removed prop, installed blanking plate on IRD, changed every fuse and every relay in engine compartment, replaced temp sensor, changed 4 wheels, replaced interior bulbs for LED, replaced busted rear ashtray (i just wanted to have everything looking nice), changed battery. fitted new clutch.... just sat down, busy day.

Good Luck! Got ours for £750. Spent circa £150 so far and been told it could go for £1200 now.
I have 4 FL1's so I'm hoping to make at least 2 decent ones out of them (bought one today for £125 - non runner, battery had discharged below charging level - they used a smart charger- they couldn't replace battery due to the captive nut (holding the battery securing plate in place failing- common irritating issue) .. I have a knack of dealing with it, had a spare battery, changed it drove away... seller was miffed to say the least )

CD player fitted, fabricating the brackets took most of the day but it's one more thing done of the check-list.

Now just got to find out why the steering wheel controls don't work.

Fire extinguisher fitted

And fiddling around the steering wheel controls still not working but found out it's missing the loom between clock spring and radio.
