what have i done today...i manage to loose almost all my oil from the rotary oil filter housing deciding it doesn't want to be tight anymore....so i have cleaned it made sure its no where else and ordered new parts. and also seen a thread that others just use longer nuts and bolts...which i will try in the morning.
will have to test it the next time i smoke a joint
oops , u mean another type of grass don’t u , lol, heard that northern grass can be tricky

that looks a bit on the high side - shouldnt be more than 14.4V

it reads around 15 vdc for the first 15 x mins then drops to 14.5vdc
do u think i need to put an ac meter on the alternator then , to test the diode reading , believe it shouldn’t be over 0.5vdc
has got a brand new battery , 110 amps with 900cca

i think the alt is overvolting.
get it checked. halfrauds do a free check under load,

when i last done a test using a multimeter at the battery i got around 14.5vdc at idle with everything on

Been fairly busy nights this week, have replaced door springs on Front passenger door and rear drivers door, removed rear sunroof, cleaned and resealed, repaired stupid map pocket thingy on drivers door, removed front bumper and did some minor rust fixes. Also fitted an LED strip into bonnet for extra light

Iv got a couple of those laying around but just bought something better, its a plug in Bluetooth/FM transmitter with x2 USB chargers on it. So all I need to do is set a spare channel on the radio to match it and its a hands free phone kit, sat Navy off my phone via the radio and plays all my music stored on my phone
