Brake discs and pads replaced. However, looks like a caliper has had it so best replace those too.

While under there I discovered a front suspension damper had snapped! Oh, and a 4" hole in the exhaust at the rear. So, more help required from the plastic fantastic ...

Out for a Sunday drive, drove past a "Road Closed" sign as it was same way back otherwise.
After a few miles a river had burst it's banks flooding the road for 3-400 yards.
A few cars on either side just sitting there, stopped and spoke with a van driver there needed through but didn't dare. (detour around 35 miles)
Rose the suspension and said he could watch me and decide, so I slowly drove through, glad the doors was closed, felt good,
the van driver and a waiting taxi decided to turn around.

Judging after passing the water level was just above the running boards as they had a clean.

Been on the road before and only half guessed it wasn't too deep:)

Great day out, sorry didn't bring camera;)

Got a 2nd hand anti roll bar off ebay, got it powder coated and changed the drop links and bushes. The bar came with poly bushes which looked very new so fitted them to try. Keeping the new oem rubber units just in case. All went on a doddle and only had to saw off one drop link.

The axle nut was not a problem after i knocked the stake nut out of the groove in the axle. I am blessed with a body designed for jumping on the end of a long breaker bar.
the hardest part was removing the hub after I had unbolted it. I managed to loosen it by knocking it around until one bolt hole could be hammered from behind.

Managed to buy a set of sidesteps for a ridiculously cheap price off fleabay ,picked them up today, in remarkably good condition. Very pleasantly surprised.
