wales this weekend start finis points on my os 200?

Hi

been laning for a few years and never had chance to get over to wales and do a bit, well im off this saturday

and today ive been and bought me os map no:*** plenty of good looking lanes to choose from, i was just wondering if anyone could advise me on the best start and finish points ?

anything to avoid or tracks not to do?

was thinking of starting at going down to

then working our way south down from Claerwen to this lane runs along the side of the Claerwen Reservoir down to the dam.

your best off tagging along with a group,most peeps wont wanna give away hard earned routes to a noobie they dont know.it takes a lot of recces to get a route together

No problem..

ive been laning for years, just never had chance to get over to Wales.

I can read a map and dont mind exploring and finding my own way its half the fun, but as its in the green lane section and its a forum i thought a few pointers in the right direction wouldn't be a problem....never mind

so u want members on ere to just give up info to someone they dont know and have never met?

u could be anyone,or even someone who makes a greenlane there own private playground how do we know?

if you took the time to get to know people on ere and tagged along with a group you may get more help.

but dont turn into a dummy spittin noob or u will get no where

Theres a group of us who have been laning for years...we are going to do a few lanes in wales the weekend and just wanted a bit of general advice..

this forum is very irreverent and to the point. peeps who sulk/spitdummies or get on their high horses get short shrift.

We don't give info on lanes out, to people we've never met. Too many peeps out there that eiother have no idea how to behave on a green lane. Or don't give a toss about the state they leave them in. Unbfortunately none of them come on a forum and start a thread " Hi I'm a cu*t and love thrashing lanes." they tend to start threads just like you have..

Hence the response you've ghad. get to know peeps and join up with them for a laning trip or 2, and you'll soon get all the info you want..

u could be a bunch of axe murderers for all we know

as have been said meet up with a group get to know the peeps on the forum and then go from there

the way u have acted no one will give u the time of day
