Valve block is supposedly new so should be good.
It is new Datatek i sold it to him.
It has also been fully tested i can assure him. If he is having the same fault after replacing a compressor and a valve block then the fault must generally lay elsewhere. Thats why i leave it to the real experts on here like yourself and Wammers to help the members. You both have saved me thousands over the years.

Ok cheers again just mine are all coloured so I've I put compressor onto that pipe it should fill the tank

They are colour coded to designate to which corner they go. Blue, Green, red and plain. It should be obvious which the tank feed pipe is although it has no colour code.

I just put 138psi into the tank through that pipe I could hear air going in the tank underneath the car n/s but when I put the pipe back into the block it just keeps coming out and isn't being held in by the Collette for some reason I let all the air pressure dye down and it still won't stay in there

I did say that as the valve block was new it should be OK.

Tank is on the off side on mine. Pipe travels along the N/S from the valve block, across over the rear cross member to the O/S and into the rear end of the tank.

The idea of filling the tank and pipe is to check for leaks. Pressurise it and see if it leaks down. Think you may have a big leak in the pipe if you can hear air escaping from N/S.
