Vacuum test. Different resoults. Is it normal?

Hi.
Doing vacuum test dissamblin the hoses of the vacuum tank and using a manual vacuum pump
Connecting the pump directly to the pipe of turbo solenoid the vac does not hold, instead, it stays in the egr solenoid pipe.
All pipes are new.
Is it normal or both should hold the vac?

The vacuum decays after the engine pump stops running.
If you plug the boost control pipe, it should hold a vacuum for a while, but not when connected to the turbo boost control solenoid.
