V8 lt77s

Trying to put a v8 lt77s in my 90 (originally a 2.5 na doozel) but having issues with the seat box as the bit on the side of the box for the cooler pipes is hitting, so I can either cut away the seat box to get it to fit in or, this bit I'm not sure I can do, is remove the bit that the cooler pipes connect to as it is held on by 3 bolts, but obviously I would need to block off the holes for the feed and return but would this nacker the box or it's oil pump?

Pretty sure you can get a standard part which is just a blank version

Cheers guys seams that it needs the flow from inlet to outlet so I can't just remove housing and cover with a plate as it needs the oil flow, tomorrow I shall attack the seat box with the angle grinder

Is this a slimmer version of what is normally fitted

thats the other picture that come up, i take it that will give him the clearance without chopping his seat box

thats the one used on lt77 and r380 with provison for cooler but with no oil cooler

Cheers James I did google it, my plan was to just plate over but as shown with the part the flow between is needed, even with that part I doubt I'll have enough clearance, so I'll get chopping tomorrow
