v8 in series LR

have 2.25 petrol 1983 ser 3 which has previously been fitted with a v8 and still has batt under passenger seat, range rover rad etc.. i have 2 ques.
1. What other stuff should i be aware of. does the engine go straight on the g/box with v8 flywheel and clutch wot about engine mounts, what about exhaust etc
2. Does anyone know of or have a v8 for sale with ancilleries?

Engine, clutch, exhaust, mod the bulhead make ya engine mounts, extra cooling and a supply of halfshafts for when they snap

i got mine freshly fitted with a v8 and the main problem i have is the wiring,it's a right bloody mess.nearly impossible to figure out as the colours have been changed!strange that your battery is under the seat as mine is in the usual place,what rover v8 did it have fitted?

not sure cos the bloke i got it off had already swapped back to a 2.25 but battery is under passenger seat i assumed it wont fit in the engine bay with the V8

Oh yea forgot that one also the air filter hosusing has to come out
