V8 hunts

Hi I got a v8 disco p reg it hunts when it starts up and when it's warm I come to a stop it try to cut out and starts hunting again it's had new plugs leads the injectors cleaned and a k and n panel filter in it not as bad sinces new air filter but still does it any ideas please

Just needs a bit of maintenance perhaps. Check AFM and tps voltage, clean stepper motor, throttle is returning to fully closed, distributor advances and check base idle.

It sounds like the air bypass is compensating more easily breathing through the kn.

Have you been playing with the ignition timing?
