user manual needed

Freelander ES v6
anyone got a digital user manual or know where I can find one?

I was under the hood today filling my screen washer and noticed that bowl behind it was totally empty. Lid has a triangle with an exclamation mark on it.
Not sure what this is but clearly it needs filling. Is it water for the radiator, can anyone confirm ?
Not the same icons as my wifes car so not sure.

I'd be keener to find out where coolant has gone, gaylander boys will be along soon.

I would presume it all got used up, TBH I haven't checked it since I bought it as I have not had it that long. Maybe the dealer didn't fill it up

I'd suggest a look for leaks, new cap and check tank for cracks (common)

Head Gasket failure and liner slip are notorious as well on petrol freelanders.

ok, so is it for he radiator, do i just fill with water ?

should Be O.A.T red (aka 5 year red) but you need to know colour as the different antifreezes don't mix.
50% water 50 % antifreeze

even better if you use distilled water to mix with your oat antifreeze

check cap and tank as both are prone to fail with age. In particular when hot, tiny little fractures in top of tank expand under heat and pressure and allow coolant steam to escape.
