Seen it many times by companies

Probably trying to stave off folks/taxman/creditors/official reciever while he frantically tries to raise funds by selling assets after being turned down for a loan or extended overdraft.

It's the last vestige of "control" of his own business before someone like a Bankruptcy Administrator prevents him from moving or disposing of his worldly goods.

Somehow I think I have,
and,
the others associated with it


There are 2 scenarios:-

1. A business that hasn't worked and the owner has been attempting to save face

2. A conman from the very beginning
 
The fact is yes my company failed ! I set up ird specialists just before Christmas last year, up until around august this year it was running very well with contract's worldwide. We then hit problems and as a result we where left in a bad financial mess. I thought i could get back ahead of myself if i just kept taking on orders but as you can see i have just dug a massive whole.
I admit i have acted like a coward and buried my head in the sand ! If you think i am a con man you are very much mistaken. I am truly sorry for the way i gone about this and really do not know which way to turn . All i want is each and everyone of you refunded and all this put to rest. Mark is in fact right i am trying to borrow left right and centre to make this happen!
Please don't think I'm sitting here laughing at this .

Whether you intended to or not, you have committed a crime...fraud. You continued to advertise and accept payment for goods while you were aware that your company was unable to honour their agreements.

You sir, are a very naughty boy.

I admit that you do have guts to come on here and admit that.

Without wanting to start off a lynch mob or anything, What do you realistically think your chances are of paying everybody that you took money from back?

I agree i was stupid to think i could get myself ahead by accepting payment when i was alreaw falling behind but i never had intended not to supply what i had agreed on.

I guess this is the question everyone is wanting the answer for. All i can say is currently i am very bad financial mess. Everyone will refunded eventually that i will promise. Whether everyone is refunded in an acceptable time scale or even in the near future is something i really can't say . I am trying to get legal advice to see how this can be done.

since you are so adamant that you will pay back all those who are currently out of pocket, How do you feel about coming back on here every now and again and letting people know how things are progressing? At least they will be able to see that you mean what you say and that you are not deliberately trying to avoid them. It should help gain you some respect from others too.

This is what i plan to do from now. I have handled the situation wrongly!
Don't think I'm living a life of luxuries with peoples money! This has left me and my family homeless. Understandably people are going to be very upset and i feel terribly guilty and ashamed to be seen as a con man! The last thing i want is any more arguments or death threats regarding this so I'm here to answer question you may have and really really hope that we can finally put all this to rest !
