its not much worse than doing the door tops just make sure you remember the order things come apart and then reverse it for refitting ,Iseem to remember the most fiddly bit was putting the locking mechanism back together without losing the little spring inside the catch
 
I had problems with the usual rusted, practically fossilised fastners changing one of these, decided to bend the fitting at the top to remove the glass then bend it back with a block of wood and a G-clamp... bit cowboy but saved lots of agro!
 
I must have been lucky with mine I guess as it went easily,but getting the door to latch properly after having the top corner of the bulkhead repaired now that is proving to be a right pain in the bum
 
I used the plastic stuff got it from the series 3 forum shop, i only changed the bottom rails and the back one each side as tops and the front ones were good so i only needed one kit
Easy enough just the little ****ty rusted out screws were a toss.
