Right I'm new to the forum... Although always had a thing for Landies 
I've never owned a Landie before, although I often use a Defender 110 TDCi as a company vehicle. I love driving it, especially off road, and having done some off roading in my old Suzuki Vitara I decided that a Defender would be a perfect next car.
I've found a 57 plate TDCi commercial for good money, which admittedly needs some interior work (to the point where the rear view mirror needs reattachment...!) although mechanically it's fine. It's done close to 100k but has FSH and no advisories so I guess any of the Puma teething problems which were so lamented should have been sorted by now!(?).
Anyway my question is... I know it's the commercial model but I have no idea what extras it has (and neither do the current owners). I'm particularly interested in ABS and TC, and although it has a tow bar and TC light I don't know if it's actually got it. Is there any way of finding out without asking the owners again? I am unlikely to see it again for a wee while until I buy it, so can't find out that way. Is there a database of defender specs for individual vehicles? Or would a land rover dealer be able to look it up for me?
