Landrover Snatch insurance/ conversion

I have a defender Snatch 110 ex military. and a 90 2014 Station wagon. I “planing” to convert the military Snatch into possibly a camper than, or mobile bar or something commercial as an income, whilst keeping the exterior visually maintaining it’s military hertitage. First I need to get it MOT’d and registration plates. My questions are whether anyone has a ballpark idea how much insurance would be in its current ex-mod condition. Also if anyone has any experience of what/ who is good to convert it and any knowledge idea what is a good type of conversion commercially as I try to be self employed this way…….rgds Paul

Hi Paul, I'm in the process of preparing a Snatch Land Rover as a camper myself, just about ready to put it through the MOT and send off the paperwork to DVLA to get it registered. Read your post and wondered how you're getting on. Rgds Craig
