Hi

I think the tracking is slightly out as the steering wheel is off centre (to the left) when you are going straight and the landy veers off to the left when you release the steering wheel - but only slightly.

Any thoughts?

If it is the tracking, how easy is it to sort and is it a diy job or garage?

Steering wheel position is easily sorted. Make sure wheels are pointing straight ahead. Take off steering wheel. Put it back on straight. Sorted!
Check your tyre pressures as a soft one can cause veering.
Tracking is not so easy to check without specialist measuring equipment.

a length of pole as wide as your car 2 weighted stands that clamp to the pole with adjstable ponters easy
Or pay an indy 20 quid and let them loose.
