The self leveling when parked is due to loss of pressure, so if your car sinks it will continue to self level downwards. Mine maintains it's height to within a few mm for a week so no problem. Not sure if the inhibit stops it rising to normal height on a re-start.

ah, no, mine is rock solid once it's parked.

Evening Gents (and ladies) Hooked up the EAS software, once i sorted out which comms port I needed I fired it up. First attempt the lead and USB adaptor seperated and the car would not rise at the rear. Re-started the software and unpluged as I should, is there a specific exit plan ? I am guessing it spooked the ecu.
I looked at the data, one sensor was reading higher than the others in all settings, but as I understand it this is relative and should be based on the measured heights, so all seemed ok.
I sprayed all the usual places with my gas detection spray and could not see any leaks, though there is cracking on one of the bags, the others look newish. Do each of the air bags have a non return valve on the block or could a leaking front bag cause the opposite side of the car to sag ?

To exit the EAS software, hit the stop button, then turn off the ignition then disconnect the lead.
If one corner is going down, the ECU will cause the other corner to follow unless the rate of drop is too fast then the ECU may throw a wobbly and not try to level. There are no non return valves involved just the solenoid valves that allow air to be added or removed from each airbag as directed by the ECU:)
