Torque setting for Injectors

As the title says really, does anybody know the correct torque setting for the M13 nuts that hold down the injectors on a 2.5 N/A diesel that's in my series. The manual is not very forthcoming. I think its probably the same for the 2.25 engine.

they are 8mm nuts 13mm spanner size ,according to the book 6-8nm

Thanks for that I thought I had read it wrong, that doesn't seem very tight to me.

You do not need to be very tight, they seat down on to a sealing "crush washer" that is replaced every time an injector is removed.
