Still got to decide what to do with the remaining floor part.... remove from donor floor or manufacture from scratch.

Good god, while I was pouring concrete on my own until half 7 tonight you were a very busy boy

Fab it up out of that 1.2 zintec.

What we doin Friday? Is there going to be anything left for me to do?

How did you get on with the welder settings?

i was finking... that the floor should be 2mm as it takes a hell of a pounding.
the side panel - need to have a chat about it....

Didnt do any weldering today. There is still things to do friday, like eat lasagne :)

Not much the last couple of days. A bit more paper cutting and lots of dozing and keeping cool in the shade.

Maybe some more activity tonight.
I think the sill supports need cleaning up on the car prior to sill fitment.

Not much (No) actual work tonight, but plans made for the next week.....

Remove more floor section, cut out replacement floor section from donor floor.
Manufacturer inner panel for A pillar and triangular front floor section from 2mm Zintec.
Cut OS sill box section and weld on end plates. Maybe tack on front sill mount.

Cooler yes..... p|ssistantly raining don’t !

I'm moving boxes into the self storage place again today, really not looking forward to it and I can only pray they let me back up into the unloading bay if it's still pizzing it down when I get there.

I am dying to start the dismantling of the back end for repair but next weekend is also good for me, it's supposed to dry up in the week just in time for cleaning up those outriggers and painting them and cutting out that rotten old floor section, do you have a CO2 extinguisher for the welding up?
