Kurust on to bare steel/residual corrosion.
Buzzweld Rust Encapsulator Paint as primer - this is the one I am having problems with blocking nozzles.
Buzzweld Classic Chassis Black Gloss Glass Impregnated top coat.
Might use Buzzweld Chassis In One Satin Black Glass Schultz as final finish.
Tiger Seal UPol TIG/GG 310ml Polyurethane Adhesive Sealent - GREY for panel sealer.

Yes, but as I am doing only small areas at a time, it will be a real pain because I will be using loads of cleaning thinners almost daily

I have the number for the Samaritans should the wall paper stripping tip you over the edge, I hate it, to the point I'd rather smash the plaster off the walls and re-plaster, takes the same amount of time lol
Weather should make Sunday a bit more interesting

and might be the way to go.this wallpaper is a bugger - its paper not vinyl and the top surface wont peel off.

It may not seem like a big step forward, but it is one hole less
The rear position is a bit more complicated as the floor doesnt line up, and will need to be extended to the wheel arch.
I think the best way to allow the rear bolt to be fitted would be to insert a length of tubing into the floor/wheel arch junction, as it will have to be in the corner joint position.

Here is the problem with the body support top-hat bracket....

Jack the body up at the floor cross member just behind until it sits flush and that will be about right, don't forget that there is no sill to support that side A & B pillars, we did also cut a big lump out of the floor and that will let the tunnel flex even more.
