Telephone preparation?

On my car a 2003 53 Range Rover Vouge it says the car comes as standard with Telephone preparation, it has a pic of a phone on the sat nav controls & the R/T button on the wheel but how do you use the phone? Do they have Bluetooth?

usually back in 2003 they where the inbuilt car phones (the size of a brick ) lol

dont think there was any bluetooth in them. I just fitted a parrot kit to mine which works great

well my parrot kit is about 4 years old now, but you can pick up a second hand one on fleabay for around £40.

iv also fitted a 3.5mm jack into my stereo so that my iphone plays music through the stereo and 11 speakers sound the bollocks - i dont really need the parrot kit now as it plays the phone hands free through the 3.5mm jack.

otherwise the parrot kit is very good, good sound quality etc..
