phone not working on display

hi when i press the phone button on dash unit there is no display for phone i have checked the fuse in the rear boot ok , my phones bluetooth is switched on ( the radio /sat nav and aux all working ok ? any ideas please

Have you tried resetting the Bluetooth from the phone to find the car Bluetooth.

If the car is equipped with BT phone connection (it was an option), then it's possible that the BT module has previously failed, and been linked out of the loop.

many thanks for advice ,will try again but i suspect the module as i tried linking my wife's phone and my previous phone which worked previous to this fault
