Dose anyone know , to increase boost pressure on a td5 do, you lengthen or shorten the wastgate rod.jon3446

Dont think u can as boost pressure is ecu controled on the TD5 disco.If it senses overboost it shuts down the ecu in to limp home mode.

Pretty sure the ECU will see this as " overboost " and, as jon3446 as already said, it will put the car into " limp home mode ".
From what I know about diesel remapping, the boost presure is rarely altered !.
