TD5 headlight conversion/parts required??

I have been offered a pair of later type headlights for my TD5, are these the only parts i need to do the conversion..do i need the grille etc ??

Do a search!! I know with the 200 to 300 conversion It's not a simple job at all. Lots of cutting and welding.
