TD5 Bulkhead Into 200TDI?

Good Evening All,

Would a TD5 Bulkhead from a 90 be a suitable replacement for an iffy 200tdi 110 CWS bulkhead?
It has vents so would I need to modify or would it go straight in?
How long should it take to change?

Might be a "Bulkhead Too Far!" perhaps should keep looking for good earlier donor!
