TD 5 Cup holder

52 plate TD5 cup holder in arm rest between rear seats.
It wont go back in fully, just that last inch, cant see anything broken, nothing has been droped down.
Looks like trouble to get to bits i assume you have to prize the plastic surround off some how.
Any one been there can addvise me .

I had this problem, my sisters delightful son ripped the drimks holder out of the arm rest for fun, if you look inside it you will see a sprung bit which needs to be aligned as you push the holder back in, cant remember exactly how to do it just have a good look at the parts and it should become clear.

this happened to mine but cant remember how i fixed it....

got a feeling that with just a little force you can remove the inner workings .there are a couple of spring clips holding it in. No need to remove the surround.

you should be able to sort it without having to get a replacement.

Just bought a manuel on cd of ebay for £4.50 incl post, so will check that out as well.
