Suspension replacement, I'm lost in the maze

Dear all,
My 110 county has covered 172,000 miles, the last 22,000 in my ownership. When on holiday last year, fully loaded with family and camping gear it wallowed horribly in corners and when on the Eurostar in a line with other similar vehicles it bounced and wobbled on its suspension like a hovercraft. In fact it was interesting to be able to get out of the vehicle and see just how the suspension coped with undulations in the rail track. Anyway, this year I think it might be prudent to give the suspension an overhaul/replacement. As far as I know the current setup is standard except the rear springs came off an HCPU and the rear dampers are second hand DeCarbon units. I didn't make this modification - it was done by a garage in the knowledge that I was short of cash at the time.

Looking through all the various back copies of LRO and round the interweb there are many replacement springs and dampers offered yet they almost all of them seem to be offering a lift of some kind. What I would like some help with is a recommendation for replacement units without altering the ride height or steering geometry or using Britpart components. I have and still am considering standard LR parts but would be keen to hear of alternatives. The vehicle does little off-roading and is mainly used as a family camping wagon so road manners over axle articulation is the focus.

I am also intending replacing the bushes at the same time as the springs/dampers and am currently torn between Flo-flex orange and (the twice the price) Superpro items.

Thanks,
Nerdos.

Just asking, but have you tried a search on here? This is one of them questions that's asked all the time!

I might be breaking my 110 soon... It's got Bearmach HD blue springs on the front with terrafirma shocks and yellow things on the back. It looks very slightly lifted when unloaded but is very well mannered even with a ton of turf on the back. I've also got a box of Bearmach polybushes that have never been fitted. Watch this space....

I have looked on here, of course. As my wife will attest my 'looking eyes' are not the best. Apologies if this post is another repeat. I'll go for another trawl now.
