Sump protection

Hi , I have no sump guard on my v6 freelander. After reading other post I would like to fit one after I have strengthened it. Question , are they all the same dimensions no matter what engine size. Or have I to source a v6 one. Anyone got one spare ?

I believe the V6 ones fit all models, but the ones originally designed for all other models don't fit the V6. Don't know which part number is for which though

Quite a few used on ebay in the UK. 15-20 pounds, wow things are cheap your way!

I need a new sump guard for my facelift TD4. Are all the sump guards the same or were there any changes for the TD4 or facelift models?

Thanks for the help. Popping in scrapyard in reading on Saturday so I can test fit before I part with £20.

Facelift models have threaded holes for the bumper to attach to.

Cool. There seems to be two types on ebay, but all seem to be the non facelift. Some have different shaped bits in the bumper end if that makes sense?
