The worl's gon maaad? Why have we suddenly started posting to a fred about a problem that was raised over a year ago?

If the injector's that stuck, I'd ferget it!

Happy new year by the way Ashoo'. When's yer next trip planned fer then?

Well I can certainly say that the injector is no longer stuck, in fact the Landy is topless now and becoming more so as I pull it apart to put it on it's new chassis.

Cheers Marcus - just got back from two weeks in Austria. Weather got down to -21 C, frikin frezzing I'll tell ya. Pleased to say that the old girl never missed a beat, lost any fluids and started on the first turn every time.

when i worked as a hgv fitter turning the engine over to remove injectors was dangerous but effective because its a solid force acting on it, take el slobbo's advice and crank that puppy.

It's a useful tip for the future if they ever get stuck again. Unfortunately I've got to wait until after my trip to America and my hospital stay to do more on the Landy. Going to try and sort out the engine before moving it to the new chassis.

If the injector is still stuck, then the wee tappy four-ounce pin-hammer and lots of patience will get it out.

Let us know if the thing has still to be released.
