3197 - topside switch failed pre-injection(hawkeye reading)_ can anybody explain what switch is involved or what this code means ... and could this lead to total missfire?

apparently it could be poor earth to ecu or poor ecu have you got oil in loom

yes, off course, took off the cover, cleaned it and it's drying now.... the engine didnt fire up at all... got also "high speed crank synch loss" so will take a shot with the CKP sensor aswell cos i measured outputs from it and the negativ input (pin 36) at the ECU was missing(wiring checked and good)
