still have low range problems

I have a prob with my low range that i cant work out. it wont stay in low range without me pushing firmly on the gear stick too keep it in. i have checked the oil levels in the transfare box and it is at a good level and is clean. also, it wont go into diff lock at all.... i cant even move the gear stick across to try and get it to stay in.

any sugestions????

Check out all the linkages underneath. Give them a good clean and spray some WD40 or similar at all the joints and try again.

I use to have the same problem and found that with mine you have to put it in gear and start to bring the clutch up slowly (but not so you move) while pushing the transfer box lever forwards or into diff lock. Or if you are on a hill let it roll a bit.
