I have problem with my p38 Manual one. When I press select low or hi range LED display shown select neutral first. The I check neutral position direct switch in the gear box. I was take out the switch and press by my finger and select the Low and High. At that time its working properly. But after its fix the gear box its not working. Also I checked neural switch touching shaft. Its not any damage. I need you're support to make a parth for clear this fault.

Nice as it is, a P38 ain't a Series LR. I'll have my man move your post to the right section.

On the manual gear box there is a plastic collar on the selector rod that moves and no longer works the switch to sort it is a box out job or you can just put a link wire in the connector that plugs in to the switch so the ecu thinks its in neutral ( but make sure you never press the low range button unless you are stopped with clutch down and out of gear)
