I run a 90 convertible and want to put some sounds in it. Also need to swap the cubby (Oxford Trim one) for a lockable version as the truck's obviously very insecure.
Been thinking of combining the two and getting one of those cubbys which has a section for the stereo.
Mate suggested a marine stereo/speaker package as:

a) they're all waterproof - which matters running a drop-head in the UK :)crazy:

b) The stereo unit is apparently brilliant re bumps and jolts, being designed for a speed boat

c) They're surprisingly cheap.

Anyone got any thoughts/experience/advice please?

Oscar India Kilo - you have a convertible truck ?
Man-O-Man, that must be cool (in the winter)

Well, there's not much call for that here but let me see if I can help....

Do you get the feeling it's worse when you park next to 18 wheelers ?
When your truck cries at night do you try and park somewhere sheltered ?
Have you tried telling it that a lot of trucks have small penises and a nut behind the steering wheel ?
Remember that not all trucks are full of rubbish, some carry groceries to Tesco's ?

Lastly, Stobart is dead, it happens, get over it !
