Solex 32 PBI jet air bleed and tuning

Hi Guys

Ive just refurbed a Solex 32PBI for my 1956 Series 1 and all went well except Ive lost the Jet air bleed pt no 260179 (it screws into top of carb above the pilot jet). Cant find a supplier so can anyone tell me if this simply a blanking screw or does it have a hole?
Also dosent seem to be much about set-up and tuning that I can find. Any suggestions?

Just another question.......I removed the emulsion tube for cleaning but didn't take note of which way the holes point.....does it matter?
