slotted brake discs on wrong end of axle?

I fitted drilled, slotted brake discs on the front of my disco2 two weeks ago for the MOT and now find that the discs are on the wrong side of the axle.
Will this make a difference to the brakeing or disc/pads wear life?

Seem ok so far. Passed MOT ok, just advisory on rear pads.

just recieved rear discs/pads to fit.

Any advice appreciated

How can they be on the wrong side of the axle? They fit on the ends. Next to the wheels.:confused2::whoosh:

To be honest mate I don't think you'd notice the difference weather they are facing the right way or not. This is applies even more so if you use your landy offroad as the mud will block the grooves anyway.

The slots on the brake discs are faceing the wrong direction

cos he's gone for performance discs. On a rally car ya might notice the difference but not on a mud plugga.
