can anyone help me i have a 2000 model 90 td5 and today it has developed a slight miss and lost loads of power , when i first start it its fine for a couple of seconds and then runs lumpy. ideas pls......

Sounds like you have oil in the injector wiring loom to me.:(

Take the red plug off the ecu under the drivers seat and have a look for the tell tale black smudges in the plug.;)
 
Also change your fuel filter as it may just be fuel starvation.
15 minutes to do if you have not done them before.
Filter lives under the rear wheel arch drivers side.
Get a decent filter as the cheap ones fall to bits inside.
I change mine everytime I do an oil change.
