Sills - is it too far gone?

Bought this disco as a donor vehicle, and having done some thinking, it seems simpler to put this disco on the road than fix up the range rover.

Boot floor and crossmembers have been replaced and looks good (brand new, still black!). Sills are completely knackered though and looks a bit sorry for itself. Question is, is it too far gone or should I go ahead and repair it?

There's not much left of both sills, and the bottom of the A and B posts are pretty shot. The brackets that bolt up to the outriggers don't seem to bad with mainly just surface rust. I'm a bit worried about the other bracket half way along that bolts through the floor, any idea if you can get that bit as a pre-made replacement part? If I do fix it it'll probably be using box section and the pre-made A/B post repair bits as needed...

This is the rough looking bracket, seat belt mounting maybe?

Passenger side sill, bad but not as bad as the other side!

And a token shot of everything parked up together...

Sills aren't that bad a job, that is the seat belt mount. Question is do you want to throw time and money at it if you got it cheap as a donor? May make money back selling bits and weighing rest in...i need the wheels/tyres if legal...thats a start.

Other than the sills and the brakes it doesn't seem too bad, as said boot floor been done,

Running the series full time at the moment, suits me as I'm working and staying in london at the moment, but when that's done in september I need something to run about in (preferably that I can run on veg oil)

I'm not attached to it in any way, but if I went and picked up another cheap disco, it will probably need the same doing in a year or two anyway

Oh and wheels & tyres are OK I think, I have a second set to whack on this if/when it goes back on the road, if you get stuck give me a shout and I can check on the weekend for you

Just thought I'd post an end to this story...

Had a bit of a think and decided I'd never be entirely happy with that disco, too many little bits wrong with it, that go hand in hand with it being parked in a field for the past 4 years...

Picked this up yesterday and loving it so far! 300tdi ES spec auto

Auto box will take a bit of getting used to, but while I'm not changing gears I can press all the buttons that come with an ES spec car :D
Upside is, if anything goes wrong, I've got a spare sat in the field lol.
Will be breaking the green one soon, storm I'll drop you a note in a bit regards them wheels
