Should my disco have a remote

Hello all i am a fairly new discovery owner ( just over a month) i only have a key for it ie no fob but it has central locking is there anyway i can buy and program a remote? It is a 1995 300tdi cheers

When they left the factory the early 300 series (1995MY) a single button remote fob was optional. Later models with 'passive immobilising' required a remote to start the vehicle.
The colour of the ECU and part number will tell u what fob u require, with the single button fob u can program it your self, simples. A 'how to' is in the forum somewhere already.

Black.. U will require a fob using the same frequency as the ECU so u need to get down and look at the label, something like 433mhz if your lucky .
