Shocking service from Stratstone Land Rover Burnham

they seemed no fookin use to me for old landy bits, on the other hand if you go to bmw for bits for a 20 year old bmw they can still get em for ya!
 
they don't give a toss m8 unless the cars 5 yrs old or less and you are looking to chop it with them down the line. feckin hate all dealers:doh:

how do you know how this chap has got his money,he might have worked bloody hard for it.it's nothing to do with anyone how or where he got his money from.not a touch of the green eyed monster is it bud.:eek::eek:;);)
 
Regarding LR serivice.

Talk to head office if you have a problem. The dealers are on thier toes when it comes to this.

Dont complain to the main dealer, complain to LR head office!

Promise you, IT WORKS.
 
Well words cannot describe the service I got from the Stratstone Dealership in Perth, to say it was shocking would be an understatement. But knowing what I know about them now I would rather suck out my eyeballs and fill the empty sockets with molten glass than go back to them.

same here m8,i went there a couple of times when i first started fixing things,

I really think you should disappear into a back hole and re-consider your response.
In other words - go buy a nissan its just up your street!!

As an ex employee of Stratstone or crapstone as i'ts commonly known I can well understand the frustrations of customers and the horrendous service they encounter. As an ex technician I have seen the arrogant management destroy and grind out the enthusiasm of their staff and watched customer, staff retension plummet to the point of no return. Management are the problem and I strongly urge people not to use them.

Rangey-V8, why imply that someone who has bought a RR new came by their money easily, how do you know this, strange comment they may have worked hard for years and years, anyway where do second hand cars come from !
 
Stratstone Land Rover In Heathrow closed down because of there lack of interest in customers, lying to customers and very bad service, word got around and they had to close... I was one of there dissatisfied customers, I had to threaten them that I would stand at the entrance of there forecourt and tell customers about there bad service (I meant it too) I was going to do that on the weekends
 
Had dealings with Strat Heathrow...never had any issue to complain about, did purchase my first P38 from them, alternator failed on way home, recovered and replaced FOC the same day...no quibble.

But apart from the odd part from there parts dept. I had no other dealings.
